1. The fees paid by the parties for applying for preservation measures shall not exceed USD 5,000;
2. For civil cases involving intellectual property rights, if there is no disputed amount or price, each case shall pay USD 500 to USD 1,000; if there is a disputed amount or price, the fee shall be paid according to the standard of property cases;
3. For labor dispute cases, each case shall pay USD 10;
4. Administrative cases shall be paid according to the following standards;
5. For trademark, patent, and maritime administrative cases, each case shall pay USD 100;
6. For other administrative cases, each case shall pay USD 50;
7. If a party raises an objection to the jurisdiction of a case and the objection is not established, each case shall pay USD 50 to USD 100.
The application fee for maritime cases shall be paid according to the following standards:
1. For applications to establish a limitation fund for maritime claims, a fee of USD 1,000 to USD 10,000 shall be paid for each application;
2. For applications for maritime injunctions, a fee of USD 1,000 to USD 5,000 shall be paid for each application;
3. For applications for ship priority notices, a fee of USD 1,000 to USD 5,000 shall be paid for each application;
4. For applications for maritime claims registration, a fee of USD 1,000 shall be paid for each application;
5. For applications for general average adjustment, a fee of USD 1,000 shall be paid for each application.
